(a)  Employee(s) engaged in framing building 8 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet due to no fall protection system being provided for the framer on the east side of the building.   (b)  Employee(s) engaged in framing building 8 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-1/2 feet due to no fall protection system being provided for the south stairway where employees traveled between the first and second level.  There were no fall protection system for the stairway  for travel to the 2nd floor.    (c)  Employee(s) engaged in framing building 8 located at 8900 Maurer Court, Lenexa, Kansas were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10-1/2 feet due to no fall protection system being provided for the south stairway where employees traveled between the first and second level.  There were no fall protection system for the opening around the access/egress opening on the second floor.
