On or about 11/5/2021; (a) On the 1st floor, the power cord of a miter saw was missing its ground pin. (b) On the 1st floor, an extension cord used to energize a miter saw was missing its ground pin at the plug end. (c) On the 2nd floor, an extension cord used to energize a temporary light was missing its ground pin at the plug end.
