29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about November 4, 2021, on the south side of the structure, employee(s) were installing new roofing on the roof at heights more than six feet above a lower level without appropriate means of any fall protection.
