(a) Building 400 - On or about November 4, 2021 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to falls through the handrails and/or guardrails while transiting or working on the engineered rolling vertical stab stands.

29 CFR  1910.23(e)(3)(ii):  The employer did not ensure that mobile ladder stand platforms with a platform height of 4 to 10 feet have, in the platform area, handrails with a vertical height of at least 36 inches and midrails.   (a) Building 400 - On or about November 4, 2021 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 12' while working and/or transiting the top platform of the engineered rolling vertical stab stands.
