29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: (a) 2110 North Brown Road in the city of Lawrenceville, Georgia: On or about November 8, 2021, employees performing construction, were exposed to burn hazards, where a 500-gallon fuel tank was not protected from collision damage from the vehicles and mobile equipment operating near the fuel tank.
