29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with framing operations on a new residential building. This was most recently documented on or about October 6th, 2021 in Elkhorn, Nebraska, 68022. Multiple employees were observed working at heights greater than 6ft without fall protection. DKF Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1524382, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7-8-21, with respect to a workplace located at 7136 N 172 St, BENNINGTON, NE 68007.
