29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: On 11/8/2021, sub-contractor employees of Saint Louis Roof Management, LLC were performing roofing work at 512 Meadowfield Court, Wentzville, Missouri. A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Employees on the site were exposed to hazards including but not limited to fall hazards and struck-by hazards.
