29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about November 8, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing tree removal operations from the bucket of a vehicle mounted boom lift, approximately thirty (30) feet above ground, was not utilizing a personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
