29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):Frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment were not made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer: JOB SITE: Stone Ridge Plaza, 1155 Wentzville Parkway, Wentzville, MO 63085 on or about 11/9/2021, the general contractor and controlling employer did not conduct an adequate inspection of the job site, materials, and equipment. Employees were exposed to the following hazards: a) Roofers were actively tearing off roof shingles of a single story commercial building without any form of fall protection.
