29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: JOB SITE: 111 W. Allen Street, Wentzville, MO 63385, on or about 11/9/2021, workers were observed on top of a 6:12 roof, actively installing roof shingles, approximately 14 feet 5 inches eave to ground level, and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.

Allen Street, Wentzville, MO 63385, on or about 11/9/2021, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a 6:12 pitch roof, was trained to recognized the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize the hazards. The employer failed to protect their employees by not providing fall protection training.
