On or about: November 9, 2021 Location: Lasdon Park 2610 NY-35, Katonah, NY 10536 a) a) Employee was not utilizing eye protection while using pneumatic nail gun to install roof sheathing. Employees were exposed to impact hazards because eye protection had not been utilized.
