29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(ii): Unstable objects were used to support scaffolds or platform units: a) 5000 Lilac Ct Upper Gwynedd, PA- On or about November 9, 2021, during construction activities, a support leg for a walkthrough frame scaffold was set on unstable blocks of wood. Employees utilizing the scaffold are exposed fall hazards from a shifting or unstable scaffold leg.
