Citation language modified to state: On or about November 10, 2021, the employer Danone North America, located at 216 Southgate Dr. Minster OH 45865 had pallets of cardboard boxes, and a utility cart in aisle ways on the Arcil 17 line that narrowed aisle ways to less than 28 inches, and exposed employees to a limited exit access pathway in the case of an emergency.
