1926.503(c)(3) Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill: a) Roof - On about November 9, 2021, on the north side, at the ladder access to the roof, employees performing roofing activities on a flat roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet to the ground below in that the warning line system was not erected to connect the point of access to the work area. No abatement certification or documentation required.
