29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. At Retreat at Maple Crest, Building 29, Overland Park, KS 66223 employees engaged in fuel handing activities were exposed to corrosive and flammable hazards in that safety data sheets were not maintained at the workplace.
