29 CFR 1926.100(a): At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats. On or about November 12, 2021, five employees were installing joists, trusses and other framing components while working over each other and using hand and pneumatic tools without wearing hard hats, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by materials, tools, and debris.
