29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment was likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards were not so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage:  a. On or about September 15, 2021, an employee was using/ operating a tire-re-treading machine/ Builder Machine #1, during which time, the tubular metal electrical conduit, which was not guarded to prevent damage, and that which contained the electrical wiring for an outlet, was found to be damaged, as was the actual insulation around the electrical wires within the conduit; therefore exposing the employee to an electrocution hazard.
