29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a. On or about November 9, 2021, on the receiving docks, the employer exposed employees to a crushed-by hazard, in that chocks were not being used on the truck's trailer tires while employees were entering and exiting the trailer on a powered industrial truck.
