29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail system, safety net, or personal fall arrest system.  At 2997 Clarkson Rd, Chesterfield, Mo, 63017 and at other locations and at times prior to and around October 10, 2021, Employees of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives were exposed to fall hazards along unprotected sides or edges above a lower level without protection from a guardrail systems, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems.
