29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. D&C Installs was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1548420, citation number1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 29, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1705 Fairmount, Florissant, Mo 63033. At 606 Lynn Haven Ln, Hazelwood, Mo 63042, on November 10, 2021 - Employees of D & C Installs were exposed to elevated fall hazards of approximately 9.5-15.7 feet while working on the roof of a residential structure and were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
