29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: On or about October 29, 2021, at the location of 1775 Enterprise Parkway, Twinsburg, OH, 44087: The employer did not ensure that products stored on the upper tier of the warehouse racking system were stable and secured against sliding and falling. Product slid and fell to the floor below as an employee was removing a pallet of boxes with a forklift.
