OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to caught-in and crushed-by hazards:  6171 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola FL, Shop #2, Lift #24: On November 16, 2021, an employee worked underneath a vehicle, thereby exposing the employee to a crushed by hazard.  Among other methods, feasible and effective means to correct this hazard would be to ensure employees utilize proper sized lifts for oversized vehicles, ensure parking brakes are applied and wheel chocks are used prior to employees working underneath vehicle.
