29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1)(i):The exposure control plan did not contain a description of the tasks in the workplace that involve exposure to respirable crystalline silica: a) Aldi Warehouse, 300 NY Route 281, Tully, NY - Cold Storage Warehouse. On or about 11/16/2021, the silica hazard control program did not include the use of walk behind concrete saws as a source of crystalline silica exposure for workers at the site. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

On or about 11/16/2021, the designated Competent Person who directs all work at the site could not demonstrate knowledge of the of requirements for the tasks listed in Table 1. Subcontractor employees were using walk behind concrete saws indoors. Table 1 requirements were not fully implemented. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
