Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) 1060 US-90 Bay St Louis MS 39520 - On or about 11/16/2021 employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than six feet while conducting repair work on a commercial roof with out utilizing any fall protection system.
