Site located on 2045 N. Beach Road. in Englewood, Florida; On or about November 10, 2021, employees engaged in the installation of a new A/C unit galvanized steel curb on the roof, were exposed to a fall of 13' 7" through an unprotected roof opening of approximately 16 square feet, in that no fall protection system was provided.
