29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gasses in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965:  Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. Employees engaged in daily operations near the compressed gas cylinder storage area were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that the employer did not store compressed gas cylinders in a manner that would protect the cylinders from being struck-by moving objects. The employer is storing compressed gas cylinders in an unmarked area where vehicles and forklifts travel without providing a suitable storage rack to prevent the cylinders from being struck and the storage area is not clearly marked so that expended cylinders and full cylinders are separated.
