29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Employee(s) engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) On or about 11/8/2021 at a project located at 1170 Central Avenue, Dunkirk, New York; employees were installing roofing membrane as well as coping and trim on the roof of the Big Lots Store. The roof was flat and employees were working at the roofs edge without any form of fall protection. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
