29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) Thalia Mara Hall - On or about October 17,2021, the employer failed to report within 24 hours the hospitalization of an employee as the result of a fall in the work place which occurred on October 16, 2021 . Hospitalization was reported on November 9, 2021.
