The ladder from the ground to the 20-foot landing did not extend at least three feet above the landing surface. b.	The ladder from the 20-foot landing to the east side of the building did not extend at least three feet above the upper roof of the church, 30 feet above the ground. c.	The ladder from the 20-foot landing to the west side of the building did not extend at least three feet above the upper roof of the church, 30 feet above the ground.
