In the common room - On or about November 17, 2021, the Motor Control Center had five buckets that were not effectively closed, exposing employees, to an electrical or fire hazard. b. In the chipper room - On or about November 17, 2021, the knife switch disconnect box for the Cutler Hammer, had an unused opening at the base allowing for wood dust and other material to enter, creating an electrical, fire, and explosion hazard. Corrected During Inspection - No Abatement Required
