Material stored around the QC area and Isles 1 thru 6 did not allowed for good maneuvering of forklifts and pallet jacks,  pedestrian pathways were used for storage and pedestrians were exposed to forklift traffic. Observed on or around November 17, 2021.

The charging cables on battery charging apparatuses including Model # 1NE12-510, S/N 13841 C5, Model # 3NE18-1050, S/N 13867 C5, Model # 1NE12-510, S/N 13845 C5  had damaged cords with damaged charger outer casing, observed on or about 11/17/2021.
