29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: a) VC Brands, LLC. DBA Generation Lighting - QC Area and Isles 1 to 6: The employer did not keep aisles, passageways, and pathways clear and unobstructed. Material stored around the QC area and Isles 1 thru 6 did not allowed for good maneuvering of forklifts and pallet jacks, pedestrian pathways were used for storage and pedestrians were exposed to forklift traffic. Observed on or around November 17, 2021.

29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2): Battery charging apparatus for industrial trucks located in battery changing and charging installation was not protected from damage by trucks: a) VC Brands, LLC. DBA Generation Lighting- Outside maintenance area/charging stations: The facility did not protect the battery charging apparatuses from damage. The charging cables on battery charging apparatuses including Model # 1NE12-510, S/N 13841 C5, Model # 3NE18-1050, S/N 13867 C5, Model # 1NE12-510, S/N 13845 C5 had damaged cords with damaged charger outer casing, observed on or about 11/17/2021.
