29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  519 Union St., Springfield, MA : On or about November 18, 2021, an employee was observed engaged in residential siding activities from a roof surface more than 11 feet above the next lower level (ground) and he was not protected from falling by either means of a guard rail system, safety net systems or a personal fall arrest system.
