(a) Location - 63 Powers Road, Westford, MA: On or about 11/11/2021, an employee was exposed to falls when using a A-frame ladder in a closed position.  British Delights Limited Inc was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(b)(8) which was contained in OSHA inspection Number 1472886, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, Issued on 5/27/2020. with respect to a workplace located at 63Powers Road, Westford, MA 01886.
