29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired.   On or about November 16, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were utilizing the "stair" "step" to access the pit area with the lower step being broken, exposing employees to a trip hazard.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(6): Deteriorating agents. Unless identified for use in the operating environment, no conductors or equipment shall be located in damp or wet locations; where exposed to gases, fumes, vapors, liquids, or other agents that have a deteriorating effect on the conductors or equipment; or where exposed to excessive temperatures.   On or about November 16, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees were conducting lube and oil services in a pit area that consisted of approximately 3 inches of standing water, exposing employees to walking working surface hazards.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   On or about November 16, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees working in the oil and lube servicing of vehicles; exposing employees to chemicals such as, but not limited to brake cleaner, antifreeze, and automotive degreaser.  Required program elements that were not developed and implemented include the following:  1910.1200(f):  Labels and other forms of warning. 1910.1200(g): Safety data sheets. 1910.1200(h):  Employee information and training.
