29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A harness was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: A)RNR Construction Inc. on or about November 15, 2021 at the address of 100 Hospital Avenue, Dubois, PA: An employee was utilizing a JLG Ultra Boom Orange aerial lift on the South side of the building with a harness and lanyard that was not attached to the boom or basket, while conducting welding operations. Employees were exposed to falls of at least 30 feet. B) RNR Construction Inc. on or about November 15, 2021 at the address of 100 Hospital Avenue, Dubois, PA: An employee was utilizing a JLG Ultra boom aerial lift on the Northwest side of the building with a harness and lanyard that was not attached to the boom or basket, while conducting welding operations. Employees were exposed to falls of at least 30 feet.
