29 CFR 1910.101(b): "Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 (Section 3.4.4, . Before using cylinder, be sure it is properly supported to prevent it from being knocked over.), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. Floral Department: On or about November 18, 2021, the cylinder containing compressed helium gas was wrapped with a chain and attached to a board of plywood which was leaning against the wall unsecured while workers were performing tasks such as (but not limited to) filling helium balloons.
