29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift.    a- Building Exterior: Employees engaged in steel work activities from the lift basket of a JLG Aerial LiftModel 660SJ, Serial #BO6350BLA was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18ft to the ground below as a means of fall protection  had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 11/22/2021
