29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   a- On or about 11/23/2021 at 39 John Street, Ridgewood NJ 07450 (Residential Roof): CSHO observed an employee engaged in window washing activities on a 4 on 12 pitched roof in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 15ft to the asphalt below.
