29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer failed to protect all employees exposed to fall hazards when conducting residential roofing operations. This was most recently documented on or about November 19, 2021 at a residential construction jobsite located at 11460 S 191 Ave., Gretna Nebraska. The exposed employees were working on the roof of the residential structure at heights over 6 feet and not utilizing any form of fall protection.
