29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Trailer and Ambulance Trucks - Employees cleaning high touch surfaces with the corrosive chemicals C9-11 Pareth-6 and Benzalkonium Chloride (Spartan HALT) and were exposed to chemical hazards in that an emergency eye wash station was not within their work area for immediate emergency use, on or about November 23, 2021. Abatement Certification Required.
