29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Worksite - On or about December 9, 2021, employees who used corrosive materials, including but not limited to Granitize Auto Suds, were not supplied with suitable eyewash facilities. A PhysiciansCare Eyewash station was mounted on the wall, but it was only equipped with two 32oz bottles. This station was not large enough. A suitable eyewash system needs to be able to supply 1.5 L/min flow for 15 minutes.
