NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was witnessed by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): A full oxygen cylinder in storage was not separated from a full acetylene fuel-gas cylinder. a) On or about November 17, 2021, at the construction site staging area, in the yellow storage container, next to the employee break area; one compressed oxygen gas cylinder was stored right next to a compressed acetylene gas cylinder; instead of being physically separated by a minimum of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance of at least one half hour. NOTE: Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was witnessed by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
