On or about November 18, 2021, at the Super Dollar Department Store; the means of egress, from the showroom, and an emergency exit single door were obstructed, by multiple boxes, mop buckets and brooms among other items. b. On or about November 18, 2021, at the Super Dollar Department Store; the means of egress, from the showroom through the warehouse, including two exit double doors were obstructed, by multiple boxes, a hand truck and trash among other items. c. On or about November 18, 2021, at the at the Super Dollar Department Store; the means of egress, from the warehouse mezzanine, including the emergency exit double door were obstructed, by multiple boxes among other items. NOTE: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
