29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about November 23, 2021, at Mondazzi Book storage room located at 570 Hayden Station Road, WINDSOR, CT 06095: Employer did not keep exit route free of Cardboard boxes and merchandise. Exit route were obstructed by storage of carboard boxes and merchandise boxes on either side of the emergency access route. Access to the exit had been reduced to 20 inches in some areas along the route.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about November 23, 2021 at Mondazzi Book storage room located at 570 Hayden Station Road, WINDSOR, CT 06095: Sufficient access and working space was not provided in front of the electrical breaker panel. The electrical breaker panels were blocked by the storage of cardboard boxes.
