29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) DFA Dairy Brands Fluid, LLC dba Meadow Gold at 1325 Oxford Ave. Englewood, CO 80110: On or before 11/23/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the chain and sprocket drive on the BW Integrated Systems top sealer (sn: CS100SFA167) was not guarded in accordance with this standard. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) DFA Dairy Brands Fluid, LLC dba Meadow Gold at 1325 Oxford Ave. Englewood, CO 80110: On or before 11/23/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that Panel A had two trash cans stored directly in front of the panel. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards. (b) DFA Dairy Brands Fluid, LLC dba Meadow Gold at 1325 Oxford Ave. Englewood, CO 80110: On or before 11/23/21 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that Panel BC1 had a forklift battery stored within 30 inches of the panel. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
