29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Reference: ANSI Z358.1 Emergency Eyewash and Shower Standard On or about November 23, 2021, the employer failed to provide employees with adequate eye-flushing facilities for employees exposed to injurious corrosive materials while adding water to powered industrial vehicle batteries. Water is added to the battery at the battery charging station for the order selector "Little Joe" (3016-12). The battery charging station is located in Aisle 2 in the Order Pickup and Delivery area.

On or about November 22, 2021, the order selector known as "Big Joe" (Fleet No. 3016-11, Yale Order Selector Model No. OS030EFN24TE095, Serial No. D801N04780N) was in operation with a platform which did not have a capacity plate, tag, or decal affixed. b. On or about November 22, 2021, the order selector known as "Little Joe" (Fleet No. 3016-12, Yale Order Selector Model No. OS030EFN24TE095, Serial No. D801N04770N) was in operation with a platform which had a capacity plate, tag, or decal which was not visible to operators.
