Main St., Wharton, NJ a) An employee working in the Production Area including Production Line 2 was exposed to continuous noise levels of 122.9 % of the Permissible Action Level Exposure Limit ( 8 hour Time Weighted Average sound level of 85 dBA .) The extended work shift Action Level for employees who work 11.7 hours is 84.25 dBA. The equivalent sound level of the measured dose is 91.4 dBA. Sampling was performed for 702 minutes on 3/31/22 to 4/1/22. This employee has been working in the Production Area since March 16, 2022. This employee was not informed of the effects of noise on hearing. b) An employee working in the Production Area including Production Line 5 was exposed to continuous noise levels of 187.7 % of the Permissible Action Level Exposure Limit ( 8 hour Time Weighted Average sound level of 85 dBA .) The extended work shift Action Level for employees who work 11.7 hours is 84.25 dBA. The equivalent sound level of the measured dose is 94.54 dBA. Sampling was performed for 706 minutes on 3/31/22 to 4/1/22. This employee has been working in the Production Area since March 9, 2022.
