29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: Location: 29 Wells Ave Yonkers NY 10701 - Movie Studio a) On or about November 24, 2021, three employees were exposed to a fall hazard, approximately 30ft to the ground, while standing on a platform that was built on a scissor lift guardrail.
