Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a) Inside of Warehouse, exit door on south wall: the exit door leading to the exterior of the warehouse was obstructed with used and new electrical appliances located in the pathway heading towards the exit door, exposing employees to a serious hazard in the event of a fire or other emergency, observed on our about November 24, 2021.
