29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about November 24, 2021, and at times prior thereto, eye wash stations for employees working with various corrosive cleaning chemicals were behind locked doors, exposing employees to the hazard of corrosive materials entering the eye(s).
